Watched SBSs Insight program the other night about the growing number of women who are drinking daily. It was pretty sad and disturbing but also made us look at our own habits in the home. It is so easy to made drinking a bottle each night a routine. Would love to know if others have strategies about changing these habits - what are some options??

I wonder though if this is just another don't in a very long list of things that we're told are bad for us. I really don't know and maybe I'm being defensive of my nightly habit!
I do worry about my 2-3 glasses of wine a night and would love to hear from others in the same boat.
