Hi SameBoat

I am a middle aged man that suffers heavily from the burden of running my own business, supporting my family and trying to be an amazing husband all at the same time. When things get tough, they get really tough like money issues, kids and staffing. Anyone out there in the SameBoat I can chat with?

I think you might need some down time for yourself every now and then, going for a walk etc. and look at things not like a mountain but responsibilities and things to do but as little tasks and focus on one thing at a time otherwise it may become overwhelming and that's a normal reaction

Hand me the oars!
