I've recently got my first boyfriend and we have already said that we love each other but he always says how he wants to be with me forever, and I'm feeling overwhelmed. Like when he says it I have almost panic attacks, overwhelmed. I don't know how to tell him that it makes me feel uncomfortable and I'm not sure if I should feel bad for feeling this way, but I can't control it.
