I strongly believe there needs to be a firm decision on the date of Australia Day. It is no secret that the date offends a lot of Australians and is not inclusive of all Aussies.

The time has come to #changethedate. TripleJ has changed the date of the top 100 and moved it away from Jan 26th. I see other cities such as Fremantle are moving celebrations to another date.

If we as a nation can vote yes for marriage equality and rightly so, we can change the date of Australia Day to be inclusive of all Australians.
