There are a few ways to reach us, depending on what you need. **Something about the forum itself — a bug, a suggestion, a question about how something works** Post it in Site Feedback. It’s public, which means other people with the same question find the answer, and anyone in the community can chip in. **Something private — an account issue, a concern about another user, a moderation decision, a safety concern** Send a private message to the moderators. Click your avatar, choose Messages, then New Message, and address it to `@moderators`. It stays between you and the moderation team. **Reporting a post** Don’t message us — use the flag button on the post itself (the ⚑ icon). It goes straight into the moderation queue with the context attached, which gets it dealt with faster. **Becoming a Sponsor** If you’re an expert or organisation interested in leading a category, start here: [Become a Sponsor](https://sameboat.com/about) **Advertising** For advertising enquiries, see Advertise on SameBoat. **Press, partnerships, legal, or anything formal** Message the moderators as above and mark it for the SameBoat team, or email us at [hello@sameboat.com](mailto:hello@sameboat.com) **If you’re in crisis** Please don’t wait for a reply from us. In Australia, call 000 for emergencies, Lifeline on 13 11 14, or 13YARN on 13 92 76. Outside Australia, contact your local crisis service. Every category page also lists specialist support services for that topic. **Same Boat Pty Ltd** ABN 43 607 659 183 Queensland, Australia
